Zadernowski – Quality Management and Food Safety

We are a group of experts in food quality and safety management systems (GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 17025, BRC and IFS), food technology and production facility design. Since 1996, we have been effectively providing services for Polish firms and enterprises from the other countries of the European Union.

The other area of our activities involves carrying out projects which enable optimisation of management processes at our Clients’ firms. These activities are carried out both as consulting and under outsourcing agreements which provide for dealing directly with areas in need of improvement.

The Zadernowski company carries out scientific research in cooperation with many scientific centres in Poland and abroad. This combination of science and practice has enabled us to develop principles of cooperation with our clients and to offer highly effective solutions.
