Audits

Under commission of our clients, we propose to carry out internal, pre-certification audits and audits of suppliers. The audits on offer include system audits, set forth in the adopted standards, as well as non-systemones, based on internal requirements, legal regulations or the criteria developed for ourclients.

Audits of quality management and food safety systems:

  • quality management systems: ISO 9001:2008
  • food safety systems: GMP, GHP, GAP, GLP, HACCP , ISO 22000:2005, BRC, IFS

Non-system audits of:

  • testing laboratories
  • private label product suppliers
  • work in accordance with the requirements of the food law
  • service and hygiene in distribution (wholesalers) and in retail sale (shops)
  • conformity with the client’s standards
  • waste management
  • protecting the site from bioterrorism

All the system audits (as well as non-system audits at the client’s request) are carried out in accordance with the method laid down in ISO 19011. Each audit includes:

  • audit planning
  • documentation review before the audit and together with the report
  • an audit in the company which includes:
    - opening meeting
    - audit of the specified areas
    - time for auditors
    - closing meeting and summary of results
  • preparation of a detailed audit report
